We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team to support the delivery of the CMAC Compliance Programme by managing all compliance administration tasks and aiding the wider Compliance Team.
Main tasks and responsibilities
* To obtain, validate and update all required legal documents, policies and procedures on supplier profiles.
* To manage and maintain the supplier database and systems to ensure that all compliance data and records are current and accurate.
* Manage compliance inbox and department telephone.
* Action work queues and review/approve compliance aspects of new supplier applications.
* Support the delivery of the CMAC Compliance Programme and work to continually improve processes and procedures.
* Liaise with suppliers on compliance-related matters and highlight high-risk suppliers to the U.K. Compliance Manager.
* To increase internal and external awareness of the CMAC Compliance Programme.
* To liaise effectively with suppliers regarding compliance related matters.
* Develop strong relationships with new and existing suppliers and keep up to date with licensing standards and changes in legislation.
* To generate, create and analyse system reports.
* Attend training as required and undertake other duties as reasonably expected.
Skills and competencies
* Compliance and/or administrative experience, ideally in a regulated industry.
* Knowledge of the Taxi/Private Hire, Coach/Bus, or wider ground transport sector.
* Strong UK geographical knowledge.
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and familiar with Power BI.
