About The Role
As Principal Property Manager for the Metal Mines Programme, you will lead land acquisition and estate management to support initiatives that aim to halve river pollution caused by historic mining by 2038. Your responsibilities include securing land rights, managing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver environmental projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading property activities across England and Wales
* Securing land rights for remediation infrastructure
* Managing risks from complex land ownership
* Working with teams and stakeholders for project delivery
* Driving innovation in land strategy
