1. Competitive basic salary between £38,000 and £41,000 depending on experience

Main duties of the Motorsport Technician include:
6. Servicing and repairing high-performance vehicles, including clutch replacements and engine work.
7. Diagnostic fault finding and troubleshooting to industry standards
8. Building and maintaining engines for motorsport applications
9. Handling components such as timing chains, brakes, electronics, and tuning.
10. Occasional engine building and tuning (training provided)
11. Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
Requirements for the Motorsport Technician position:
12. Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and fault finding
13. Strong background in servicing and repairs, specifically within high-performance or motorsport environments.
14. Engine building experience preferred but not essential
15. Ability to work efficiently within a team and on own initiative
16. Enthusiastic about motorsport with a keen eye for detail
17. Good communication skills and a professional attitude
