Job Description
* Define and execute a global IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
* Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, including ERP, manufacturing systems (MES), infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
* Drive digitalization across plants, supply chain, and corporate functions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Partner with business, operations, and leadership teams to embed technology into core manufacturing processes.
* Establish strong IT governance, data security, compliance, and risk management frameworks globally.
* Evaluate, adopt, and scale emerging technologies such as Industry, automation, analytics, and IoT.
* Manage global IT budgets, vendors, and resources to ensure cost efficiency and high service levels.
* Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on technology trends and their impact on manufacturing competitiveness.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant will have:
* 18+ years of experience in global IT leadership and digital transformation roles.
* Strong experience leading IT strategy and operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country IT programs and transformations.
* Deep understanding of ERP, manufacturing systems, compliance, and risk management.
* Ability to lead diverse, global teams and influence senior stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in complex manufacturing setups.
* Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
