Operations Supervisor
Darlington & Hebburn

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the Jet Aire team, based primarily in Darlington with regular travel to our Hebburn site. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our engineers, providing effective leadership, coordination and support to ensure the smooth delivery of our operational activities.
More about the role:
* First line supervision of operational team all-round performance.
* First point of contact for all engineers.
* Ensure engineers are prepared and equipped in advance of attending site to avoid 'customer turn backs and site access is arranged as required.
* Resource management to ensure correct personnel and equipment are on site on time.
* Ensure respective shift times are completed on site unless otherwise agreed
* Awareness of daily whereabouts/programming of work.
* Ensure any deficiencies in service are reported to the Head of Operations.
* Ensure completed contract paperwork is handed in and CCTV data and drawings are transferred in a timely manner upon completion of site works.
* Complete quality checks and health and safety site audits.
* Onsite support and supervision.
* Site visits and inspections.
* Carry out toolbox talks.
* Order materials and plant as required.
* Manage time keeping of operatives
* Accuracy of timesheets
* Accuracy of job sheets
* Drivers Books and Vehicle Checks
* Maintenance of vehicles and equipment
* Be part of the On Call Rota
