We are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our busy team!
Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for inbound calls, redirecting as necessary
* Draft, format and print relevant documents
* Sourcing new business through cold calling potential new clients
* Managing an inbox
* Supporting recruiters
Administrator Candidate:
* Customer service or sales experience highly desirable
* Administrative experience is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Full training provided
Administrator Working Hours
* Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
* Friday: 08:30 – 15:00
