Role: Site Project Supervisor(FTC)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm (40 hoursper week)
Our client, a leading internationalmanufacturer, is currently recruiting for a Site Project Supervisorto join the business at a time of continuous growth. This positionis an 18-month FTC.
As the Site ProjectSupervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the key stagesof project implementation and execution through to thecommissioning phase and final site testing. You will be someone whoprides yourself on delivering high-quality projects withinspecifications and budgets.
Dutiesinclude:
- Day-to-day supervision of contractorsdelivering projects on site including civil, electrical, andmechanical work.
- Reviewing RAMS and demonstrating highsafety standards and challenging unsafe acts.
- Planningand preparation of daily and weekly activities.
-Liaising directly with other site services including Production,Engineering, and Utilities.
- Working closely with OEMsuppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projectscope and specifications are thoroughly investigated and understoodto ensure deliverables of quality, timely delivery, and agreedbudgets are realised.
- Detailed planning of activitiesto ensure that available time and resources are used to maximumefficiency within a highly time-constrained and fast-pacedmanufacturing operation.
- Source and manage specialistresources to support finding bespoke solutions.
- Manageapproved budgets and documentationmethods.
What we are looking for:
-Previous Civil Engineering experience working within Construction.
- HND / HNC or similar in Engineering and/or ProjectManagement.
- Experience in Mechanical and ElectricalEngineering.
- Ideally exposure to manufacturingplants.
- Must be able to provide clear evidence ofproject engineering and project supervision/management.
- Preferable work experience within a manufacturing orcontinuous process environment.
- Understand Controlmethods to protect the environment when undertaking project work.
- Worked as a lead engineer on multiple CAPEX projectsin a fast-paced and dynamic process-driven environment.
-Proficient in Gantt chart programming
- Proactive andinnovative approach to problem resolution, keen focus on timepressures at critical project phases.
- SAP userexperience.
