About the Role:
We’re looking for a People Manager and Coordinator who can lead teams with clarity, keep operations tight, and drive performance without the fluff. This role blends leadership with coordination—you’re the one who ensures people are aligned, projects are moving, and nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support a diverse team to hit performance and culture goals
• Coordinate schedules, communications, and workflows across departments
• Handle onboarding, training, and development plans for new and current team members
• Monitor team progress and resolve blockers quickly
• Improve processes that keep people productive and engaged
• Serve as the go-to contact for HR and cross-functional collaboration
• Keep everyone informed and connected—no miscommunication, no chaos
What You Bring:
• Proven experience managing people or teams (formal or informal leadership)
• Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Clear, confident communication—written and spoken
• Ability to handle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• A level head under pressure and a proactive attitude
• Experience with coordination tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace)
Nice to Have:
• Background in HR, project coordination, or operations
• Experience in a fast-paced or remote-first company
