About the Role
As our PPC Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day optimisation, reporting, and budgeting of our paid search accounts. You’ll support the Head of Paid Media with strategy implementation and performance analysis, contributing directly to our ambitious growth goals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in PPC, live and breathe a test-and-learn mentality and be looking for an opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation.
Key Responsibilities
?Manage and forecast large budgets across multiple accounts and regions (France and UK)
?Own the day-to-day performance of Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including optimisation, reporting, and budget control
?Analyse performance data and make recommendations to inform the wider paid media strategy
?Use external tools to support campaign performance, including feed management, bulk edits and reporting
?Support a culture of continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-led experimentation
What You’ll Need:
?2+ years of hands-on experience working in paid search (Google & Microsoft Ads is essential)
?Knowledge of Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns and ambition to deliver and implement high caliber best practices
?Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4,Looker Studio, and an understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation
?Comfortable with managing budgets of£100k+ a month across multiple accounts and territories
?Be forward-thinking, driven by the data, and with a test-and-learn approach
?Confident in delivering insights and strategy recommendations based on results
?French language skills desirable, but not essential to the role

?Experience in paid social (Facebook) and affiliate marketing (Rakuten) is a bonus
