My client is a leading manufacturer, working with the biggest brands in the industry. The purpose of this role is to oversee the end-to-end development of packaging solutions, from initial concept through to full-scale production. This position includes supervising a junior team member while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, manufacturing, and procurement.

Responsibilities

Oversee and fulfil all packaging requirements for new and existing product developments, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.

Collaborate with customers to interpret packaging requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.

Provide expert guidance on packaging materials, design considerations, and technical feasibility to enhance product quality and reduce risks.

Source, evaluate, and develop packaging solutions that meet cost targets, supplier capabilities, and factory constraints.
