Our exclusive client based in Blackburn is currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. This manufacturing and retail business have grown rapidly over the past ten years and are continuing to do so.
Duties of the role include:
Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
Dealing with supplier queries via telephone and email
Bank reconciliations
Dealing directly with depots regarding any queries
Reconcile supplier statements
Assist the purchase ledger manager with payment runs
Any other duties as required within the department
You must have at least one years purchase ledger experience and have a real interest in working within a fast paced purchase ledger environment. You will be a good team player and an confident communicator.
