Legal Assistant
Location: Seaford
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (pro-rata) (Depending on experience)
Hours: Permanent, Part-time, 4 days (29 hours), with flexibility on days

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their friendly Commercial team.
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by:
* Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner
* Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner
* Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team
* Preparing correspondence and documents including audiotyping
* File management
* Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch
* Arranging for all copying to be completed
* Securing the confidentiality and security of the firm’s client documentation and information
* Committing time to training and self-development
Skills and Qualifications
* Legal experience (Essential)
* Property legal experience (Preferred)
