At Manchester City, recruitment decisions are built on collaboration, curiosity and world-class insight. We’re looking for a First Team Recruitment Insights Analyst to help shape how we identify and evaluate players at the highest level of the game. This role sits at the heart of Men’s First Team recruitment, blending data, video and football understanding to support informed, forward-thinking decisions. You’ll work closely with recruiters, analysts and performance staff, contributing insight that genuinely influences how the club builds for the future.
We’re keen to hear from people with different perspectives, backgrounds and ways of thinking — if you’re excited by football, analysis and making an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

* Clear communicator who works well with others and values collaboration.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and pride in producing high-quality work.
* Flexibility to work hours that reflect the realities of elite football.
* Beneficial; Postgraduate study in a relevant area, experience with Piero, Hudl Studio or similar tools, programming experience (e.g. Python), exposure to data science teams or workflows, UEFA C or B Licence.
