The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Technician to support and maintain client IT systems. You’ll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance while helping users get the most from their technology. This role offers variety, responsibility, and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install and configure computers, peripherals, and applications.
* Manage updates, security patches, and user accounts.
* Deliver user training and technical guidance.
Skills & Experience
* Previous IT support or technician experience.
* Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are desirable.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
