Timber Assembly Operative Location: Rodley, Leeds (LS13 1NP) Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Pay: £12.80 per hour overtime performance bonus skills-based pay increases ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for Timber Assembly Operatives to join our production team in Rodley. No experience is required. If you are reliable, practical, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we will provide full training. You will help build sheds, summerhouses, and log cabins as part of a production team focused on quality, teamwork, and hitting daily targets. This is a physically active role involving the use of hand tools and machinery, manual handling, and working on your feet throughout the shift.
