A welcoming, forward-thinking primary school in Aston is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team. This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone confident in supporting pupils with complex needs such as Autism, non-verbal communication, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health difficulties. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only support pupils directly, but also provide guidance to other support staff, help coordinate provision, and liaise closely with the SENCO and external agencies.
