We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Aquisition Specialist to help our busy office run 'swimmingly' and give a stand-out service to our existing customers.
Ideally, you'll have experience working in a busy office, talking to customers, taking bookings for new customers and being adaptable to learn our CRM system. Excellent customer services and telephone skills are required to be successful in this role.

There is also the opportunity to combine this with a role as a swimming teacher and we cover all the training for this if it is something that you are interested in.
Main Purpose of the Post
The main purpose of the post is to book new clients on to our award winning classes, and support our existing clients through their swimming journey.
Responsibilities:
· To develop positive, trusting relationships with clients
* To be able to sell our classes effectively
· To answer client phone calls and deal with related issues when required
· To use Customer Management Systems effectively
· To report on complaints received and any relevant outcomes
· To coordinate and pro-actively manage the waiting lists for new classes
· To be responsible for maximising opportunities for product sales through effective upselling
* to be flexible and prepared to take on specific projects as and when required
· To provide back up and support to the whole team
* to be keen to do outreach work as and when required (own car required)
· Any other duties as may be deemed appropriate.
