You will provide excellent clinical leadership and actively develop your team, offering expert advice to hospital and community specialists, managers, and directors on delivering high-quality care and shaping future strategic directions. The consultant has ongoing responsibility for patient care and the proper functioning of the department. You will liaise with general practitioners, hospital and community specialists, and other relevant agencies.
