Bench Worker / Fabricator
* Location: Sittingbourne
* Job Type: Full-time, permanent - (Monday to Thursday 2:15 to 12:30 am)
* Salary: £16 p/h DOE, including occasional overtime at 1.5x normal pay

Day-to-Day of the Bench Worker / Fabricator Role:
* Operate and set up various types of drilling machines and Pem Machines.
* Operate and load robot and cobot welders.
* Learn to operate CNC Laser cutting, Punchpress, and Brakepress.
* Interpret work orders and work instructions.
* Carry out grinding and finishing activities.
* Perform quality drilling and grinding activities.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out fabrication tasks as required.
* Conduct quality checks on your own work and promptly raise any issues when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications of the Bench Worker / Fabricator:
* Previous experience working in a metal fabrication environment.
* Proficiency in quality workmanship.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
