About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetics Trainer to join our team in Stafford. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions to medical professionals in a range of aesthetic procedures, ensuring they gain the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills required to practise safely and effectively.
This is an in-person role, based in Stafford, with a competitive day rate of £300. We are open to both full-time and part-time trainers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and professional training sessions in medical aesthetics (e.g., injectables, dermal fillers, skin treatments).
* Provide hands-on practical training to delegates in a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Ensure training is compliant with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practice.
* Assess delegate competence and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism, clinical safety, and ethics throughout all training.
Requirements
* Qualified healthcare professional (Doctor, Dentist, Nurse, or Pharmacist) with active registration (e.g., GMC, GDC, NMC, GPhC).
* Demonstrable experience in medical aesthetics practice.
* Previous training/teaching experience desirable but not essential – strong communication and mentoring skills required.
* Up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic techniques, products, and safety standards.
* Must be able to work in person at our Stafford training centre.
