The role sits in a deeply fundamental, bottom-up research environment with a long-term (3–5 year) investment horizon and awareness of 12-month performance (alpha).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed fundamental research across global media & entertainment.Build and maintain financial models, long-term forecasts, and valuations.Generate clear, high-conviction investment recommendations.Meet company management teams and industry contacts to strengthen insights.Monitor existing positions and reassess thesis durability and risks.Experience & Qualifications4–10 years’ experience in equity research covering Media & Entertainment; preferably buy-side experience.Strong academic record; ACA and/or CFA preferred.Excellent financial modelling, accounting, and valuation skills.Ability to synthesise complex information into actionable ideas.Personal AttributesCurious, analytical, and independent-minded.High integrity, sound judgment, and a long-term mindset.
