About the roleWe're looking for a senior Service Integration Architect to lead the transition of Oracle Fusion HCM and its integrations into steady state support. You'll embed service management, SIAM, and operational readiness from day one, ensuring all integrations across Oracle Cloud, AWS, and legacy systems meet service acceptance, nonfunctional requirements, and clear support ownership. The role ensures the service is fully operable, supportable, and ready for handover without disruption to critical HR services.Join a major aviation organisation as a Service Integration Architect, leading the transition of Oracle Fusion HCM and its integrations into steady-state support. You’ll own service design, operational readiness, and SIAM alignment to ensure the service is fully operable, supportable, and ready for BAU without disruption.Key Focus Areas
7. Lead end‑to‑end Service Design across Oracle Fusion, AWS, and legacy HR systems
8. Define service boundaries, ownership, NFRs, SLIs/SLOs, and support models
9. Align with ITIL v4, SIAM, and Digital ITSM standards
10. Map dependencies across applications, integrations, suppliers, and failure modes
11. Own Service Introduction, SAC, ORA, and Early Life Support
12. Ensure tooling integration (ServiceNow, monitoring, observability)
13. Produce runbooks, playbooks, support documentation, and knowledge transfer
14. Drive DevOps‑aligned, product‑centric operational practices
Deliverables:
15. SDP, SAC, ORA reports, Transition Plan, Support Model/RACI, ELS Plan, Runbooks & Knowledge Articles.
Inside IR35, paid via Hays PAYE or umbrella. Hybrid working with access to modern offices.
