Office
Location: Aldgate, East London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Duties
* Deliver a broad range of building surveying services from inception to completion
* Lead and support commissions across dilapidations, condition surveys, PPMs and pre‑acquisition work
* Prepare and manage specifications, tender documents and contractor assessments
* Act as Contract Administrator across commercial, public sector and mixed‑use projects
* Lead on party wall and neighbourly matters, preparing notices and schedules of condition
* Provide clear, practical advice to clients and keep them fully updated throughout each project
Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying
* MRICS status (or committed to achieving chartership)
* Experience across surveys, dilapidations, project work or clerk of works
* AutoCAD and NBS knowledge beneficial
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
* Full driving licence
