Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales / Shop Supervisor for a full-time position working alongside the two full time directors. This hands on role entails overseeing daily shop operations, managing inventory, manual handling and guiding the team to deliver excellent customer service and an exceptional in-store experience. The Sales / Shop Supervisor will also be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store performance standards, managing customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with clients and suppliers. Additional responsibilities include ensuring smooth shop processes, optimizing stock levels, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Use of company vehicle is part of the package.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
* Experience in Store Management to oversee and improve shop performance
* Ability to deliver an outstanding Customer Experience through attentive service and problem-solving
* Exceptional leadership, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities
* Established knowledge in flooring products is required
* Previous experience in retail or sales management is an advantage
* Basic proficiency in using inventory and sales management software
* Successful candidate must be flexible and able to work on Saturdays
* Proactive mindset with the ability to create positive working relationships
* This is a hands on role which requires manual handling and cutting of flooring products
* A full UK clean driving licence is required
