What you’ll be doing
* Partner with leaders to deliver across the full generalist HR remit – including performance, talent, engagement, and reward.
* Coach and influence senior stakeholders to build leadership capability and embed cultural change.
* Lead and develop a small HR team of 3 to deliver exceptional support and drive continuous improvement.
* Support organisational design, resource planning, and succession activity to ensure future capability.
* Oversee local reward processes, including bonus schemes and pay reviews.
* Champion a positive employee experience through engagement forums, communication plans, and leadership visibility.
* Partner with the wider HR team to ensure consistent processes and governance across the business.
About you
You’ll bring credibility, energy, and a pragmatic approach, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
* Generalist partnering experience in a fast‑paced setting (FMCG/manufacturing ideal) and strong ER/employment law know‑how.
* A coaching style with the confidence to influence senior leaders and support change.
* Team leadership experience (or clear readiness) and a calm, resilient approach.
* CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) preferred.
Why this is a great move
* Purpose‑led, people‑first: a Certified B Corp that balances profit and purpose and invests in communities and the environment.
* Real influence: a key member of the site leadership team with Head of HR support and trust to get things done.
* Tangible progress: help land positive T&Cs enhancements following an acquisition while protecting the site’s close‑knitted culture.
