Role Overview:
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security across all digital systems. You will play a key role in leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers
* Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
* Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data
* Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
* Provide technical support and training to staff across multiple departments
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
* Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to optimize company operations
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security management
* Experience with cloud services, infrastructure management, and data backup solutions
* Ability to lead IT projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* Experience in the manufacturing or logistics sectors (preferred but not essential)
