Meetings & Events Mananager - Busy Hotel
Our client in the Gerrards Cross area is recruiting a Meeting & Events Co-ordinator to promote and sell and Conferences,Weddings & Banqueting at the property. In this role you will follow up and deal with enquiries through to organising the day itself. You need to be well organised, an excellent communicator and people person. You will have ideally come from a hotel or events background and have teleslales skills and be PC literate. The role is mainly working Monday to Friday but some flexibilty will be required with occasional evenings and weekends depending on business requirements.

The Role-
Promoting the business and the M&E, weddings and banqueting facilities at the property
Maintain and and develop existing clients
Actively promote the business locally and follow up leads by phone
Show round potential customers and promote the site
The Person-
Already working in the hotel or meetings and events industry
Telesales experience
Excellent communicator
Self motivated and able to deliver results
Own transport needed due to location
