Heat Pump Installer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary + Company Van + Pension + 28 Days Holiday + Benefits
Location: East Sussex
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Heat Pump Installer to join one of our clients and who are a forward thinking specialist within the Renewable Energy industry, delivering high quality heat pump installations throughout the East Sussex and South East region.
You'll be responsible for installing air source heat pump and ground source heat pump systems to industry standards, ensuring excellent workmanship, safe working practices, and outstanding customer service.
You'll need to be based in the East Sussex region, ideally living local to areas such as Lewes, Uckfield, Crowborough, Heathfield, Hailsham, Bexhill, Eastbourne and so on.
Role Summary:
Remove existing heating systems and prepare sites for new installations.
Installation of ASHP and / or GSHP systems, radiators, and underfloor heating in line with regulations and manufacturer requirements.
Carry out technical site surveys and gather accurate details for job planning and precosting.
Commission heat pump systems, including filling, pressure testing, and performance checks.
Experience You Need:
Proven experience installing ASHP (air source heat pumps) and GSHP (ground source heat pumps)
Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
Gas Level 3 NVQ - desired, but not essential
Relevant qualifications in low‑temperature heating and heat pump installations
