At The Curve Group, we partner with leading organisations to transform how they attract, engage and retain talent. We are now looking for someone with veterinary sector experience to join us as a Recruitment Partner on a key veterinary client account.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. It is a blend of advisory work, relationship building, market insight and talent strategy. Reporting to our Head of Recruitment Services, you will be helping veterinary practices and leaders solve their hiring challenges while shaping how veterinary professionals are attracted into new roles.
You will use your veterinary knowledge and network to become a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers. Your insight into the realities of veterinary careers will help shape smarter attraction strategies and better outcomes for practices and professionals alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use your understanding of veterinary careers to advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate motivations and availability
* Develop creative approaches to attract vets and veterinary nurses into live roles and future pipelines
* Partner with senior stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies and improve employer messaging
* Manage end to end recruitment activity, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers
* Act as a trusted advisor on difficult-to-fill roles, offering insight on salary, benefits and market conditions
* Support continuous improvement in recruitment approach using data, trends and feedback
* Represent the client and Curve within veterinary networks, events and professional communities
You will be supported with full training on recruitment processes, systems and best practice, and you will be supported by a team of experienced recruitment professionals including administration and operations support.
The role requires flexibility around travel and hours, recognising that veterinary professionals are often best engaged outside of traditional business hours.
