Our client is looking for a Commercial Claims Handler to play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the claims process for their commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle claims efficiently and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
2. Receive and assess commercial insurance claims from clients.
3. Investigate claims by gathering relevant information and documentation.
4. Collaborate with clients, insurers, and third-party service providers to expedite the claims process.
5. Evaluate policy coverage, determine liability, and explore settlement options.
6. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the claims process.
7. Provide clear and timely updates on the status of claims.
8. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
9. Ensure exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling a mixed portfolio of commercial claims, including Liability, Commercial Property, and Motor. Candidates with experience in Personal Lines Claims may also be considered.
You will be joining a close-knit, friendly team dedicated to providing a high level of service to clients.
The role will be primarily office-based with the option to work from home one day a week.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
