Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Cleaner/Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. Hours will vairy. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a background in commercial cleaning, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across designated locations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* The hours are varied as are the days working generally speaking there is very little weekend working, must be presentable and able to talk to clients and staff members in a polite and professional manner will need to do spot checks and fill out paperwork, must have own car and be able to drive to multiple locations with a fuel allowance
* Conduct regular inspections of sites to monitor cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
* Organise schedules for cleaning staff, allocating tasks according to priority and availability
* Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
* Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
* Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues professionally to maintain excellent service standards
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, supplies used, and staff attendance
* Assist with hands-on cleaning duties when required, especially during busy periods or staff shortages
Experience
* Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is essential
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, health & safety regulations, and equipment operation
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites effectively
* Good communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
