About the role:
The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This role can be either short-term or a rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director in talent acquisition within the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
* Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
* Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies and professional associations.
* Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including social media and industry platforms.
* Enhance employer branding through engagement initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring practices.
About you:
* Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in fitness or wellness.
* Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
* Experience working with hiring managers and external partners.
* Skilled in sourcing candidates via social media and networks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
