We are looking for dedicated Restaurant team members to join us making sure every guest has the warm, friendly and attentive service we are known for.
* You will seat guests in the restaurant for Breakfast or evening meal service and ensure they experience a proper Cumbrian welcome.
* Bring our local produce and dishes to life for diners by confidently describing ingredients and flavours
* Have an eye for detail and respond to the needs of our guests throughout their stay
* Make barista style coffees and serve drinks from the bar
* Set up our conference spaces on occasion and serve refreshments
* Have high standards of cleanliness and customer service
