The Hiring Process Initial telephone screening call Successful candidates will be invited to our assessment day, which includes an overview of the role and Nexperia, practical exercises, and a short interview The assessment day will be held on Thursday 19th March, with a shortfollow upappointment for successful candidates with our Occupational Health team on Monday 23rd March What Our Production Assistants Do You will be part of a large team that plays a vital role in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices within ahigh-volume, high-techwafer fabrication area. You will follow written instructions tooperatesophisticated equipment in a cleanroom environment to produce our finished silicon microchips. Nexperia chips are used in everyday products such as mobile phones, home appliances, smart wearables, electric vehicles, and more. With full training you will: Complete daily tasks with the support of your Team Leader Learn tooperatehigh techequipment, including achieving required wafer output per hour Follow production change procedures and adhere to all cleanroom working and safety practices Complete documentation and enter transactions into theFactory Workssystem What Our Production Assistants Need Essential Requirements: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English Methodical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a proactive mindset Excellent time management and reliability Beneficial Skills & Experience: Previousexperience in a production or factory environment Cleanroom experience Mechanical or technical experience with machines or tools Desire to learn & progress within the organisation Why Work for Us?
