Join our Supply Chain team at our Leicester factory, our largest UK manufacturing site, producing our PC products and snacks. It is a multi-technology, automated plant with around 1200 staff. Our Leicester site is fast-paced and adaptable, capable of rapid idea implementation.

Position Summary
Reports to: Reliability Manager
Working Hours: 42 hours across 3.5 days/week, including three 12-hour day shifts (06:30–18:30) aligned with site shutdowns, plus 6 hours on alternating Thursdays and Fridays (06:30–12:30).
Salary & Benefits:
* Annual Salary: £48,433.50 (including shift allowance)
* Quarterly Incentive: £1,200–£3,000 based on KPI achievement
* Overtime may be available

* Pension: Employer contributes 10% on top of your 5%

Responsibilities
* Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure planned maintenance completion
* Support reactive maintenance and analysis of root causes
* Collaborate with control, electrical, reliability, and condition monitoring specialists
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety, and food safety actions
* Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering apprenticeship with hands-on experience
* Recognised electrical/mechanical qualification
* Advanced electro-mechanical skills, with optional certifications like City & Guilds 2391 or IET 18th Edition
* Knowledge of SCADA, PLC systems (Allen Bradley/Siemens), CMMS
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills
* Curiosity, learning agility, and digital competence
