* £109.85 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in the Eccles (M30) area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs. Previous experience working with children is desirable; however, transferable skills are also warmly accepted (e.g. care work, youth work, coaching, support roles).

Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils with SEMH needs in the classroom and during activities
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering structured and engaging lessons
* Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
* Helping pupils regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
* Encouraging engagement, confidence, and social development
* Supporting classroom routines, structure, and organisation
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Requirements
* Experience working with children OR transferable skills (care, support work, youth work, coaching)
* Calm, patient, and consistent approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children
* Passion for supporting children with SEMH needs
