We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Customer Surveyor to join our team.
This is a customer-facing role that requires good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend allocated addresses and engage with homeowners to discuss the lead replacement scheme that is available.
* Conduct property assessments including taking photographs and recording key measurements.
* Assess and recommend suitable traffic management plans for each location.
* Carry out pressure and flow tests; potentially perform meter swaps when required.
* Provide accurate field reports and communicate findings to the wider team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to various sites.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
