Join our dynamic team at a vibrant and eclectic dining destination in the heart of the City of London. As Sales & Events Manager, you’ll proactively drive revenue growth and forge lasting relationships where our restaurant in St Paul’s can create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What you’ll be doing
* Crafting clever sales strategies to boost revenue from events, functions, and corporate partnerships
* Building rock-solid relationships with clients, event planners, and partners
* Dreaming up and delivering amazing events - from weddings to private dining and legendary Christmas parties
* Teaming up with our chefs and front-of-house teams to tailor each event to perfection
* Analysing event success, customer feedback, and competitors — always staying one step ahead
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years in sales & events within hospitality
* A track record of smashing sales targets and creating standout events
* A confident communicator, cool under pressure, and fiercely organised
* A true self-starter who loves a challenge and thrives on results
