The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a vibrant accommodation venue with multiple Food & Beverage outlets. This role is heavily focused on F&B operations, so we are looking for someone with strong experience in this area. Hotel/accommodation experience would be a real bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
2. Lead Food & Beverage service across the venue
3. Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
4. Ensure health & safety compliance and guest satisfaction at all times
5. Act as the lead on shift, leading by example to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
