We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team in Harlow, West Essex. This role requires a creative and positive approach to meeting the needs of service users, their families, and carers.
Responsibilities
* Provide holistic, person‑centred care with a focus on safeguarding and recovery for adults in the Harlow area.
* Deliver professional autonomy while collaborating with crisis intervention services, inpatient care, specialist pathways (early intervention in psychosis, personality disorder support), GP integrated services, and County Council initiatives.
