Key Activities
* Develop and execute translational science and biomarker development plans.
* Define mechanism of action insights and patient selection strategies.
* Contribute to overall development strategy and trial design.
* Collaborate with clinical teams to implement biomarker sample collection.
* Drive analysis and interpretation of clinical biomarker data.
* Extensive experience in drug discovery and development.
* Strong background in cancer biology and oncology drug development.
* Proven record of leading teams in a matrix environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
Education
* Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) or equivalent.

The Opportunity

* Location: UK office (Addlestone).
* This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
