Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing and category strategies across a wide range of indirect spend areas.
* Build future category roadmaps using market insight, data, and stakeholder demand.
* Drive cost optimisation, risk management, and supplier innovation.
* Negotiate complex supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and high performance.
* Act as a trusted procurement partner, influencing senior stakeholders to deliver results.
Required Experience:
* Circa 4+ years’ procurement / category management experience across indirect spend.
* Strong track record of leading sourcing projects, contract management, and negotiations.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
* Broad indirect procurement experience – generalist category knowledge welcomed.
* SME within an area of indirect procurement would be useful.
