Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for a Warehouse Cleaner to provide a professional, efficient and effective cleaning service that enhances the appearance of the facility and supports a healthy environment, at our depot in Corby. As Office / Warehouse Cleaner, your role is to provide a professional, efficient and effective cleaning service that enhances the appearance of the facility and supports a healthy environment.
The Details:
* Salary: £25,480
* Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday
* Length of Shift: 8.5 Hours
* Hours: 07:30 - 16:00
* Annual Leave: 28 Days Inclusive of Bank Holidays
* Paid Monthly
* Parking Onsite
Key Duties and Accountabilities (Will include but not be limited to):
* Clean building floors by sweeping or mopping them
* Gather and empty rubbish
* Service, clean, and supply restrooms
* Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
* Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours
* Checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
* Discarding and removing plastic from pallets
Key Experience and Qualifications:
* Knowledge of general hygiene practices
* Good knowledge of cleaning products and applications
* Ability to use a variety of cleaning equipment and products
* Good verbal and written communication skills
