Whitbread has a big growth strategy, and our Commercial Data Operations team is critical to supporting all six pillars of Whitbread’s growth plan.
As a Business Lead, you will support the development and delivery of a pipeline of change for Premier Inn’s hotel management system (Opera Cloud).
You’ll become the Hotel Management System "subject matter expert," acting as the focal point for introducing new functionality by managing and prioritizing a development backlog.
Note: This is a 15-month secondment.

What you’ll do
* Provide guidance and support to teams across Operations and Support Centre to identify and implement effective solutions to HMS-related problems.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by documenting, maintaining, and exploring opportunities to enhance process quality and efficiency.
* Facilitate structured feedback loops to embed best practices and develop new processes based on stakeholder input.
What we need
* Broad understanding of business processes supported by Central teams, especially Reservation and Property Management Systems.
* Good understanding of Opera Cloud.
* Experience with Premier Inn business or hospitality sector.
* Knowledge of key procedures and standards relevant to hospitality.
* Experience in teams delivering change and continuous improvement.
* Strong fact-gathering, research, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
