We are seeking Complex Support Workers or experienced Care Assistants to deliver outstanding support and care to children and young adults with various complex needs within their own homes in Workington/Whitehaven and surrounding areas.
This role involves supporting individuals with needs such as:
* Autism, challenging behaviors, and learning difficulties support
* Clinical intervention
* Peg feeds, tracheostomy care, clinical suction
* Positive behavioral support
* Social interaction and educational enrichment
* Mental health support
* Personal care and toileting
