Temporary Customer Service Administrator We’re looking for extra support over the busy Black Friday period to join a fast-paced customer service team. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working in a busy environment. Role details: Location: Nottingham Contract: Temporary (approx. 4–6 weeks) Hours: Full-time Pay: £12.50, paid weekly Start date: Immediate What you’ll be doing: Handling a high volume of customer queries via email and phone Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently Updating customer records and systems Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Supporting the wider team with general administration during peak trading What we’re looking for: Previous customer service or administration experience Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to stay organised under pressure Confident using IT systems and learning new processes quickly A proactive and positive attitude This role is ideal if you’re immediately available, enjoy a fast-moving environment, and want to earn some extra income over the festive season.
