The Constabulary’s buildings and estate play a critical role in delivering policing across the County. The Estates and Facilities team aim to transform the estate to be smaller, better, greener. We are seeking an Estates & Facilities Technical Support Officer to support this transformation.

Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Serve as the main contact for faults and repairs, prioritizing urgent works
* Review and manage the Estates Repairs Helpdesk
* Develop trend reports for demand forecasting and budgeting
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
* Provide technical guidance to site officers and managers
* Conduct site visits to oversee quality of works
* Assist with building management systems and water hygiene testing
* Manage risk assessments and contractor documentation
Candidate Profile
We seek proactive, solution-focused individuals with a practical, flexible approach. You should be organized, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively. A full UK driving license is required.
