Your new role
As Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll lead the AP function, ensuring accuracy,pliance, and efficiency across all payables processes. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining financial integrity and driving process enhancements. Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier reconciliations
2. Managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely payments
3. Leading month-end close activities related to AP, including accruals and reporting
4. Implementing and improving AP policies, controls, and systems
5. Supporting the wider finance team with cash flow forecasting and audit preparation
6. Mentoring junior finance staff and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
