Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring high-quality administration.
* Assisting with client queries, transactions and documentation.
* Ensuring statutory, regulatory and internal deadlines are met.
* Liaising with banks, investment managers and professional advisers.
* Preparing minutes, resolutions and supporting documents as required.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures.
* Supporting junior team members with routine guidance where appropriate.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in trust and corporate administration, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. They will have or be working toward a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA, with study support available. A proactive attitude, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
