The Role
We are seeking a driven and talented Sous Chef, ideally with a 3‑rosette background, to help AG’s Restaurant and support our Reflections Restaurant teams in achieving their goals.
You will have the drive, determination and skills to help the Head Chef achieve 3 Rosette standard for our AG’s Restaurant and 2 Rosette standard for our Reflections Restaurant.
This is an opportunity to join our new Executive Chef and be part of a kitchen team with genuine ambition, where creativity, precision, and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.
* Support the Head Chef in delivering food to a 3 Rosette standard using fresh local produce and seasonal ingredients.
* Lead and inspire the team in day‑to‑day service.
* Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and consistency.
* Contribute to menu development and innovations.
* Drive, training, develop and coach the team to success.
* Working 5 shifts per week 45 hrs per week
About You
* Proven experience in 2‑3 Rosette or Michelin level kitchens
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
* Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
* Passion for seasonal, high‑quality ingredients.
* Ambition to be part of a team pushing for accolades.
